Dropped your phone down the toilet? Had a heavy night and spilt your drink on your phone? We advise that you get your phone to us as soon as possible, the longer you leave it the more damage you will do to your phone internally even if it is still working. We will open up the device and clean the circuit board to remove any residue to hopefully get your phone up and running again.
We strongly recommend turning your phone off straight away and removing your battery if you can. Do not charge or try to power on the phone again as you can cause short circuits and damage components within the phone, rendering it useless. Bring your phone in to us as soon as possible to give it the best chance of recovery.
It is difficult to know if the liquid damage has affected other components on your phone, if we find that it has we will always ring you before we carry out any additional work on the phone other than what was agreed at the time of booking the phone in with us.
We can not guarantee your phone will be repaired after we clean it, 60% to 70% of phones that we clean are repaired.
