At The Phone Tree we ensure your device is handled with care and repaired correctly using the highest quality parts and efficiently. We provide an express service as we repair all phones ourselves in the store, we do not send any phones off so you don’t need to be without your phone for any longer than you need to be.

We strive to meet our customers expectations and provide an excellent customer service. You can trust us with your phone, we treat your phone how we would want our phone to be treated if we needed to leave it with a shop to be repaired. Our reputation is built on trust with most of our customers being return customers, we ensure the privacy of your data.

How long does a repair take?

We pride ourselves on a speedy service and most repairs are carried out within the hour, this depends on how busy we are and the time of day you bring your phone down to us. However, this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. Liquid damage repairs will take longer as this type of repair is more labour intensive therefore requires more time.

Is my data safe?

It is very unlikely that your data will be lost during a repair, but as a precaution we do recommend that you back up your phone before you bring it into us for a repair to ensure you do not lose any data.

We ensure the privacy of your data, your data is safe whilst your phone is with us so you do not need to worry. We understand you may feel at unease leaving your phone with us with your personal data on it, if so we suggest you back up your phone and reset it back to the original factory settings to give you peace of mind and once the repair has been done you can restore your phone from your backup.
